My name is Nataliya Rice, and I am the founder of Purrfectly Balanced Counseling. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Imago Therapy, REBT (Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy), ACT, Animal-Assisted Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Person-Centered Counseling, Play Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with elements of Mindfulness. My goal is to identify the problem that you need help with and develop a plan to achieve this goal.
